Most pre-license classes exist to help you pass your state licensing exam. We do that….. and more. Prepare’s format starts with self-paced home study that covers the facts and concepts of the national portion of the exam. Once this is complete, you will attend live classes that go beyond reviewing the material. We will add to the home study portion and work to apply it to real life situations. The live classes also cover a number of other topics that help you be prepared for your new career beyond just passing the exam.

While in-person attendance of the live classes is highly recommended, we also understand that this may not be feasible for everyone. For those unable to attend live classes in person, a Zoom option may be available. Please talk with us about this ahead of time if you feel it is a need. The South Dakota Real Estate Commission does set a maximum absence limit for the course, so plan to attend all of the classes from beginning to end.

Class is designed to be highly interactive, so there will be plenty of time to address other questions you may have about real estate.

We are currently finalizing our class platform. The home study portion will be available soon. We are expecting to have our first in person class sessions in December.
